● Bangkok food, shopping
Thailand's consumer level is not high, food or shopping, are cheaper than Guangzhou to 30%.
Therefore, the dining and shopping in Bangkok is very worthy of recommendation.Thailand food high acid, spicy, salty, sweet, bitter herbal balance each other, usually by salty, sour and spicy, with a little sweet, heavy use of spices and coconut milk, it is distinctive.
We in Thailand in 10 days, in addition to the hotel's breakfast buffet in the morning, basically to Thailand vegetable based, refreshingly more every meal will point to the last though a little Miss Chinese food, but when in Europe compared to the last breath of sandwich is sick is to be happy. (Siam Home Kitchen restaurant nearby, here, we ate Thailand trip the most delicious Curry crab) restaurant of choice for major reference to Frodo ofmy's Choice and variety. Fodor's Review:
This casually upmarket Siam Square restaurant is where the locals go if they want to enjoy skillful, authentic Thai cuisine in an atmosphere that's a couple of notches above that of the simple family restaurants.
The room is dark, comfortable, and inviting, filled with big round tables. Start with the sensationalkhung sa oug (a plate of sweet and silky raw shrimp delightfully balanced with chili and garlic), and continue with pla rad pig (deep-fried grouper with sweet-and-sour hot sauce). Finish with the unique tum tim krob (water chestnut dumpling in coconut syrup with tapioca).ØCredit Cards: MC, V

Fodor's Review:
A true hole-in-the-wall across the street from Langsuan Soi 6, this kitchen shines as one of the best places in the city for authentic local cuisine; it's where many local groups of friends go to celebrate the simple act of eating delicious food.
Don't miss the tom yum goong (hot-and-sour soup with giant river prawns), which is redolent of lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, and galangal; a delicately crispy oyster omelet; crispy catfish salad with green mango; or the fried whole fish in chili-and-lime sauce.Such classics simply excel here, and you owe it to yourself to try all of them before leaving Bangkok.ØCredit Cards: No credit cards

Fodor's Review:
After offering only a lunch menu for decades, Polo Fried Chicken finally responded to its unwaning popularity by expanding its hours until 10 PM.
The addition of an air-conditioned dining room is also a recent concession to its loyal clientele. Here you'll get world-class fried chicken, flavored with black pepper and plenty of golden-brown garlic; the best way to sample it is with sticky rice and a plate of som tam, all for only B170. The place is a bit hard to find—as you enter Soi Polo, it's about 50 yards in on your left. At lunchtime, you need to get here before noon to snag a table before the office workers descend. The restaurant will deliver to your hotel (if you're reasonably close to Lumphini Park) for B30.ØKeep in mind: Reservations not accepted.

Fodor's Review:
This spacious restaurant has little atmosphere, but it's where the true seafood aficionados go to splurge.
Though it's expensive by Thai restaurant standards, it's still a bargain compared to hotel restaurants, and many dishes here cannot be found outside of Thailand: deep-fried parrot fish served with shallots, sliced green mango in tamarind sauce, delectable mudcrabs, enormous charcoal-grilled river prawns, Chinese-style mantis prawns, and raw crab. Even though it's a little out of the way, this temple to seafood is not to be missed.ØCredit Cards: MC, V

These restaurants interested friends, you can refer to me in Google Earth map: on callout
(Above is intended as an overview of Bangkok, Amari Atrium is first days lived in the hotel, the Amari Watergate is our last day in hotel, Central World, Emporium is shopping, Buddha's tourist attractions, the other is the restaurant)
(The Central detail map near World)
Need to pay attention to is that Thailand's restaurant and domestic restaurants are different, they all have opening hours, 2 pm-5: 00 closing business will, therefore, friends remember do not patronize the shopping, missed meals.
Refreshingly (Tom Yam Gong, Sour Shrimp Soup), Red Prawn Curry (Red Curry with prawn), Curry Crab (Curry crab), Baked Fish (grilled fish), Tom Tim Krob (coconut milk dessert) is the most common dish which we feel most special Thailand cuisine.
Shopping, we went to the Siam Paragon and Central World, Emporium, we recommend that you buy international brands and local characteristic brand, unusual clothing, shoes, etc. things estimated mostly Made in China, domestic prices more advantageous.
Naraya is a Thailand Thai Pearl shops of local brands, in places such as Central World can be found in stores, the price is really cheap (tens of Yuan-based) and product features, almost to the Chinese package, are all ten eight buying. As for the cosmetic and alcoholic drinks, wait until the last bought it in Bangkok airport, where the duty free shop than the capital airport, Baiyun Airport are much stronger.
